エンプラ材料(PBI)

 Specialized compounding technology of high performance plastics. Base resins are PBI(Poly Benz Imidazole), PEEK, TPI, PEI, PPS and PES known as repersentative super high performance plastics, in which diverse fillers are filled in order to develop most suitable raw materials for your specifc applications. We focus in particular on the grade development for tribological and ESD ((Electro Static Discharge) applications based on PBI and PEEK.

 Specialized injection molding technology for high performance plastics. Process technology with high quality and high accuracy is the characteristics, despite of the difficulty of the injection molding of super high performance plastics with high heat resistance and high mechanical strengths.

 We offer the most suitable products which meet the customers' needs, making use of PBI(High Performance Plastic).

 Ultrasonic weldment, one of the best amongst numerous welding technologies, which creates plastic products with good appearance, sealing property and high mechanical stregnths as well. Ultrasonic weldment with stable quality is achieved by total process management of the production processes from the parts design most suitable for the ultrasonic weldment, molds make-up and molding process. The typical example is a toner cartridge of coping machine.

 We are able to offer the products which cannot be produced by the conventional ultrasonic weldment(i.e, flange-less or apt for crystalline polymers).
