Challenges to diverse optical designs

Imaging lenses for mobile phones, complex lenses for LED lighting, Laser scanner unit and so on by utilizing ZEMAX(Optical design software) and MoldFlow (Reology analysis software)

Challenges to the production

Ultra high precise process technology of aspheric products. Mold preparation capability with submicron order tolerance thanks to super plate finishing technique. Short shot time, high quality and high precise injection molded products are possible to be produced due to well equiped production system such as clean room condition and automatic gate cut stock system.

Comprehensive quality control

Equipment and skills are well installed for the measurements of characteristics of optical parts, including ultra fine 3D measurement equipment (Carl Zeiss)
